What happens?

When using the PlaceholderAPI version of 2.11.6, every time it restarts it does not load any expansion, all the tab placeholders are bugged

Expected Behaviour

The expansions load correctly and the placeholders are displayed without being bugged

How to Reproduce

1. Place version 2.11.6 of placeholderapi on the server
2. Download the expansions compatible with placeholderapi
3. Restart the server
