doxywizard to create initial configuration file


run from project's top directory:
  doxygen Doxyfile -- generates documentation


view docs - use your favorite browser
   konqueror  docs/bulkio-docs/html/index.html

run from docs directory:
   -- edit Doxyfile look for "DOC_BUILDS" in file and uncomment lines 
   doxygen Doxyfile
