Found the following unexpected error on star_b when running error_search.sql.

could not execute statement; SQL [n/a]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not execute statement

message type uk.ac.ucl.rits.inform.interchange.lab.LabOrderMsg

Earliest occurrence I found was 2025-06-11

Investigate cause of error and either:

• Fix error in code.
• Add error to expected errors in sql query.
