In TTS, we are missing documentation about Labels (what are they for, only can be created by admins etc).

Why do we need this ?

There is no documentation that explains usage of labels and who can create / manage labels.

A new documentation article or a modified existing one

How do you propose to document this?

Describe what labels are, how to use them, who can manage them etc.
