Allow a user to add new or update data layers in an existing heatmap.

The data importer should ask the following things for data layers with conflicting (equal) names.

• REPLACE entire data layer
• IGNORE conflicting data layer (column)
• UPDATE existing values & ADD missing values
• UPDATE existing values only
• ADD missing values only
