I think we should prioritize apps that are already open in search results.
Presumably, a user is more likely to want to switch to an app that's already open, and might accidentally search for an app with a similar name that isn't open, so open apps being prioritized in the search results would make sense here. But that may not be true, and the predictive search might be good enough. If we sort apps in an unexpected way, it could cause confusion, so it might be best to make this optional.
