Station validation  - Low sampling instrument -  validation convention: negative sampling is not passing the validation test

Hi 
Does the station validator accept the sampling rate convention such as `-900`s and `-15`s 
to signify resp. `1/900`s and `1/15`s sampling as opposed to  `0.00111...`  and `0.0666...` ?
