This directory contains archive files with data for InteinFinder tutorials. To use them, download the archive file, and extract it to your desired location. E.g.,

$ tar xzf basic_usage.tar.gz

The file basic_usage.tar.gz contains data for a tutorial on the basic usage of InteinFinder.
