Added more Galvanize campuses

Conrad - I updated the Galvanize profiles for Golden Triangle, Boulder and San Francisco. The url's and physical addresses were outdated. I added the Golden Triangle campus which accepts the GI Bill as we discussed. Let me know if this all looks good.
