Describe the bug
See: Title. This seems to occur somewhere above the 350 entities mark. Pasting works fine, but saving it for later use doesn't.
How to reproduce the bug
Step 1: Create a dupe with enough (parented? I'm unsure if it's just parented) entities.
Step 2: Attempt to save the dupe in question.
Step 3: Get a Missing HeadEnt index error, and have the file not save.
