Spanish Translation Implementation

Description

This merge request adds complete Spanish language support to the Conventional Comments website, making it more accessible to Spanish-speaking developers and reviewers.

Changes

• Added Spanish translation (_index.es.md) of the main content
• Configured language settings in config.toml to support ES locale
• Added Spanish subtitle and localized text
• Implemented language switcher in the header to toggle between English and Spanish
• Maintained all shortcodes and examples with appropriate Spanish translations
• Preserved formatting and structure of the original content

• Expands the reach of Conventional Comments to Spanish-speaking communities
• Improves accessibility for non-English speakers
• Maintains consistent branding and content structure across languages

Testing

The translation has been tested locally to ensure proper rendering and language switching functionality. All content displays correctly in both languages.

Thanks for all the work here @lucasbonanni && @ealcantara! I finally had a moment to push this across the finish line. I've pushed up some commits to the branch and this should be good to go now.
