Current data-handling posture for the KinLab private build.

This page summarizes the current privacy posture for the hosted preview. A customer-specific agreement or data-processing addendum controls where applicable.

What the product processes

The main categories of data visible in the current surface.

KinLab processes account details, organization membership state, repo metadata, review context, and other collaboration data required to power the hosted product.

Operational telemetry, request logs, and service diagnostics may also be processed to keep the control plane healthy and investigate failures.

How that data is used

Current product and operations use.

Data is used to authenticate users, enforce org/repo access, render collaboration surfaces, and support operational debugging, safety, and abuse prevention.

Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or production-restricted data into preview environments without explicit written approval.

Sharing and retention posture

Current hosted posture at this stage of the product.

Data may be stored and processed through the current KinLab hosting stack and supporting infrastructure needed to operate the service.

Retention windows and deletion guarantees can still change as the hosted product matures; where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls.
