In my recent experiences, I have delved deep into the importance of code review and its profound impact on issue prevention, reduction of technical debt, and promotion of knowledge sharing within teams. Here are the most important points: 🔹 Understanding the Importance of Code Review: Code review is of paramount importance, just like coding itself, as it provides valuable feedback and helps prevent potential issues. It should be embraced by all team members, including developers, project managers, and clients. Devoting time to thoroughly analyze the code being reviewed enables the delivery of comprehensive and insightful feedback. 🔹 Being a Polite and Sensible Reviewer: Maintaining a polite and respectful approach during code reviews is crucial to foster healthy working relationships. Instead of criticism, focus on explaining better alternatives or improvements. Code review should be seen as a conversation where technical explanations and helpful resources are shared. Bien que le mouvement #Nocode offre une solution pratique pour les non-programmeurs, nous ne devons pas oublier les limites de ces outils. Ils sont moins flexibles et moins performantes (limitées aux fonctionnalités prédéfinies), ce qui peut nuire à leur efficacité à long terme. Il est donc crucial de bien évaluer les besoins spécifiques avant de choisir une solution #Nocode ou traditionnelle. Cependant, ils peuvent être un tremplin pour apprendre la programmation.

En 18 ans : • Des milliers de personnes rencontrées dans plus de 35 pays • Le sentiment d’avoir contribué à faire émerger le Lean Construction en France (avec aussi la participation active à la naissance de l'Institut Français de la Construction Lean) • Plus de 500 entreprises accompagnées et des milliers de projets transformés • 1 livre co-écrit • 3 entreprises créées et 3 autres accompagnées dans leur lancement • 90 collaborateurs qui ont partagé l’aventure • Et surtout… une famille aimante qui m’a toujours soutenu (je vous ❤️) 🎯 Le fil rouge derrière tout ça ? Une vision qui ne m’a jamais quitté, et des valeurs qui guident chacune de mes décisions : • Le service client, avant tout • Le sens du résultat • Le goût de l’innovation • L’esprit de famille ✨ Petite anecdote récente : Lors d’un cocktail, j’entends un dirigeant régional d’un grand groupe de construction expliquer, naturel comme tout : « On fait du planning géotemporel, avec un buffer et du LPS… » Comme si ces termes avaient toujours existé. J’avoue que j’y ai vu une petite victoire personnelle : voir ces méthodes aujourd’hui intégrées dans les pratiques terrain… ça fait quelque chose. 📚 On parle souvent de storytelling dans l’entrepreneuriat. La vérité ? Le storytelling vient après. Sur le moment, on avance, on choisit, on bifurque, on ajuste ... ce n'est pas forcément toujours simple, mais ça vaut le coup. Et avec le recul, on comprend la cohérence : rester fidèle à sa vision et faire ses choix en accord avec ses valeurs. 🙏 Merci à tous ceux qui m’ont fait grandir, challengé, accompagné, inspiré… L’aventure continue. The unauthenticated Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability is a maximum severity flaw (CVSS = 10.0 !) that demands immediate attention 📢 . 💡 Understand the Technical Breakdown: This isn't a simple bug; The vulnerability stems from unsafe deserialization within the React Flight protocol used by React Server Components (RSC). The exploit chain is sophisticated, relying on two core JavaScript mechanisms: 1️⃣ . Prototype Pollution: The attacker crafts a malicious payload that exploits a path traversal vulnerability to gain control over object prototypes. This allows them to chain __proto__ and constructor to obtain a reference to the global Function constructor. 🧪 2️⃣ ."Thenable" Object Abuse: The payload is sent as data "chunks" to the server. The core trick is creating/overriding a "thenable" object (an object with a then method). When the server-side code processes this object and calls await on it, the execution flow is hijacked.🎣 👾 How the Exploit work: The RCE is achieved by triggering a specific code path (a "gadget") in React's internal logic. By setting a chunk's status to "resolved_model", the attacker forces a controlled call to a get method on a formData object. The attacker has already polluted the prototype chain so that this get method is now the global Function constructor. Salah Bentayeb liked thisSalah Bentayeb liked this✅ Nouveauté Teamoty : Terminer le problème de la gestion du planning en plusieurs langues 😰 "Quel casse-tête, mon client me demande un planning en anglais, mais le projet se passe en France et les entreprises me demandent une version en français. Et ce sans parler des projets au Canada où ce problème est courant (voir légal). Pour finir, je commence à faire 2 plannings …. et là ça devient vraiment compliqué à maintenir et à garder la cohérence". 💡 Alors avec Teamoty, quand vous changez de langue sur votre projet, non seulement l’environnement de travail évolue (comme dans tous les autres logiciels planning), mais en plus le planning s’affiche dans la langue sélectionnée et les dates se mettent au bon format : Les taches, les lots, les zones, les séquences, les dates (et oui, vous verrez que le format n’est pas le même).. 👉 Vous avez ce problème : envie de gérer un seul planning ! contactez moi PS : ça marche aussi pour les anglophones entre eux suivant les pays 😊
