Terms of Service

By connecting to our FiveM server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our server.

These terms apply to all players, staff members, and visitors of our community. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

To ensure fair gameplay, any form of cheating or exploiting is strictly prohibited.

You may NOT:

• Use cheats, hacks, trainers, scripts, or modified FiveM clients to gain an advantage
• Use any third party software that alters gameplay, physics, AI behavior, or player abilities
• Intentionally trigger or abuse bugs, glitches, or exploits
• Use cheats or exploits that cause server instability or crashes

Bug Reporting

• If you discover a bug, glitch, or exploit, you must report it to staff as soon as possible
• Knowingly using an exploit without reporting it may result in punishment, even if no direct advantage was gained

While this is not a strict roleplay server, players are expected to act in a believable and cooperative manner.

3.1: General Gameplay Conduct

• Deathmatching (killing players without valid gameplay reason) is not allowed
• Intentionally disrupting callouts or other players' gameplay is prohibited
• Abusing game mechanics to gain unfair advantages is not allowed

3.2: Law Enforcement (LEO) Conduct

When playing as law enforcement, you must:

• Act in a manner consistent with real-world policing
• Use appropriate force escalation
• Avoid reckless or unrealistic behavior (e.g., unnecessary ramming, excessive force without justification)
• Coordinate with other officers during active calls

3.3: Civilian Conduct

When playing as a civilian or non-LEO role:

• Behave in a realistic and believable manner
• Avoid intentionally provoking law enforcement or exploiting AI behavior
• Do not repeatedly suicide, respawn, or force interactions to disrupt gameplay

3.4: Panic Button & AI Abuse

• The panic button may only be used during legitimate emergencies
• Repeated or false panic activations are not allowed
• Circling AI gang areas, farming spawns, or manipulating AI behavior for advantage is prohibited

3.5: Language & Communication

• English is the primary server language
• Brief use of other languages is acceptable, but repeatedly using non-English in public game chat is not allowed

This server is a shared space — respect for others is mandatory.

You may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or intentionally antagonize other players
• Engage in excessive toxicity, verbal abuse, or hostile behavior
• Troll, grief, or intentionally ruin the experience for others
• Disrespect staff or argue punishments in-game

4.1: Discrimination Policy

• Racism, sexism, ageism, religious harassment, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited
• Hate speech or slurs will result in immediate action

4.2: Staff Interaction

• Staff decisions are final during gameplay
• If you disagree with a punishment, you may appeal respectfully through the appropriate Discord channels
• Harassing or arguing with staff after a punishment may lead to further penalties

To keep the server focused and safe:

• Advertising other servers, communities, or third-party content is not allowed
• Discussing or promoting servers not owned or moderated by LSPD:FRO is prohibited
• This includes text chat, voice chat, Discord, or in-game methods

Impersonating another player is not allowed — this is when someone pretends to be someone else, when they are not. Impersonation undermines trust and gameplay integrity.

• 6.1: Impersonating a staff member is not allowed and is prohibited. Saying you are a staff member when you are not is considered staff impersonation.
• 6.2: This rule extends to using another player's and/or staff member's account name or username as your own in any manner.

Account sharing is not allowed — this is when you give your account details to someone else to allow them to play on your account, or partake in using another player's account on the server.

• 7.1: The act of selling, trading, or giving away your account is prohibited and is not allowed under any circumstances. The original creator of an account must be the only person at any given time who has primary access to use their account.
• 7.2: In the event an account is banned whilst they have other accounts which exist under the same IP, all accounts under the address will also be banned as we cannot determine if the player being banned owns the other accounts or not.
• 7.3: Giving temporary access of your account to another player for assistance, personal gain, or any other reason is not allowed. In the event your account is punished whilst you share accounts, your account will retain that punishment as you are responsible for your own account and its actions.

These rules exist to maintain realism, fairness, and fun — not to restrict enjoyment.

• Staff reserve the right to interpret rules based on context and intent
• Repeated minor violations can escalate into serious punishment
• Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse

The server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, virtual items, or data.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the server at any time
• Reset player data for technical or gameplay reasons
• Change game mechanics and/or balance
• Any and all aspects of the server at our discretion
