The following discounts may apply to your registration:

• 10% discount for SIOUG members (membership paid for the year 2026) or OpenBlend members
• 5% discount for every next attendee past 5 from the same company
• 80% discount for students (valid status for the 2025/2026 school year)

All Tickets Include:

• Access to all conference sessions including workshops
• Social event on Wednesday evening*
• Social event on Thursday evening*
• Q&A with speakers
• Coffee, Drinks, Snacks, Lunch
• Conference T-Shirt

*Social events correspond to the days included in your selected ticket.

Accompanying person:

There is a flat fee of 120€ (without VAT) for an accompanying person, which includes:

• Daily lunches on all conference days
• Social dinner events

Accommodation:

We have arranged special hotel rates for all participants of the conference during the event. Check the accomodation options.

Payment Information:

Early bird prices are valid until April 25th, 2026. To benefit from the discounted rate, you must register by this date. After this date, standard pricing will apply, so make sure to secure your spot early to save on registration fees.

Invoices will be issued starting March 2, 2026, based on your registration details. The payment deadline is 8 days from the invoice issue date. Please allow a few days for processing after submitting your registration.

Cancellation policy:

The deadline for free cancellation of conference registration is Monday, April 27, 2026. Cancellations submitted between April 28, 2026, and May 20, 2026, will incur an administrative fee equal to 30% of the registration cost. For cancellations received after May 20, 2026, up until the start of the conference, the full registration fee will be charged. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the provided email address [email protected]
