Hi, I’m Michael 👋🏻

I’m a people-centred leader with over 15 years of experience building cultures of trust, inclusion, and psychological safety inside complex organisations. Across senior roles at Spotify UK, the BBC, and others, the consistent thread has been the human work: coaching engineers and managers toward their potential, creating environments where people can bring their full identities to work, and driving meaningful change in diversity and representation.

Alongside my formal career in technology, I’ve spent over a decade providing informal coaching and pastoral support — helping colleagues navigate career development, mental health disclosure, identity in the workplace, and personal growth.

I’m now deepening this commitment through professional retraining in counselling, and seeking part-time roles in people development, culture, or coaching-adjacent contexts — particularly within organisations working toward social good.
