Gary has a no-question lead

My lead only knows once set of rules, and those are US Air Force rules. I like to ask why a project was denied, or why I am filling out this spreadsheet listing all our commits for the third time? He hates that. He's a no-questions, just do what I say kinda, guy.

Any tips or resources for working with a no-questions allowed lead?
