On the Intel conversation. I don’t believe Intel is going anywhere anytime soon, or even later.

Intel is the only top to bottom silicon designer and manufacturer. There are obvious applications, such as in the DoD, but it doesn’t stop there. Other companies are reliant on parts of the market that can implode unexpectedly, because they are so niche, and physically isolated at the same time. Nations have taken some notes on the consequences of the past couple of years.

And it seems folks are forgetting the first fanless MacBooks were  Intel.
