JVP gives us his review of Frigate NVR


I heard about Frigate NVR from the show and so I tried it.  Feedback:
* The docker-compose setup was super easy,
* I have 5 PoE 4K cameras that came with advertised "on-camera person
detection", etc.
* I'm using this on an older laptop with a core i7 and it runs well.

Frigate not only out-performs the stupid "phone-home" app that these
cameras came with, but the Home Assistant integration is really cool
and I'm looking forward to making some integrations with lights soon.
Plus, I can view my cameras through the HA app outside my house
without sharing another service on another port (Frigate).

These cameras are about to be blocked from internet access (private
LAN) and I'm going to pay for Frigate+ just to support the project!
