You have to use their app to open your door based on location, but it works well and supposedly location data stays local to the phone.  Also had HomeKit integration which was what I was looking for to use in Home Assistant.

Had issues with zigbee as well, after modifying the channels, issues were gone. pro-tip: if you need to change channels and re-pair, modify the encryption key as well
