t3kg33k Asks...
Hello, JB crew. t3kg33k here from times past. My apologies for not sending a boost lately; it should be on it's way after this email.
I just started a new Linux/tech/home lab blogging project that I am self-hosting on a web server in my home lab using Hugo site generator (just moved from self-hosted Ghost). I'm considering adding audio to my blog posts as an addition with the potential for setting it up as a podcast. The idea would be that when I post a text post, an audio file and/or feed would be included discussing any technical aspects of that post.
Do you have any tips on audio file hosting and podcast/feed generator for my blogs? Tips for embedding the audio player in Hugo would be helpful also.
Ideally, to keep things cheap, I would just have these audio files on my web server with my web site but I could see that getting complicated and probably use up storage and bandwidth my ISP may not be able to handle. Even though I doubt I would have a lot of traffic.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
