I have just enough JS and Python skills to get by, but breaking into development in your late 30s seems impossible.

Where do I go to learn the finer skills to effectively contribute to a FOSS project and build a portfolio that helps me pivot from secops to DEVSECOPS or a fullstack role that pays dollars that will support the fam?


This job market is super tough and as it turns out, military experience doesn't actually count for much.
