Matt needs a headspace adjustment.

Hey guys! 

Love the show. I am coming up on my fifth year as a software developer, and I am pretty happy where I am career wise. However, I feel like I do not have the knowledge around the tools I use to be as confident as I think I should. 

I know I should just bite the bullet and focus on learning, but it's hard when I am not particularly passionate about my organization's tooling. Do you guys have any advise on breaking out of that head-space? Also, congrats on 500 episodes!
