I just recently set this up for myself. I used Racknerd (they have crazy deals you can find on racknerdtracker which, to my understanding, work because any unclaimed deals they’ve ever offered don’t expire). If you’re only using it as an access point for stuff you’re hosting at home, you can get a cheap 1 core kvm with appropriate speed and data limits, and connect with wireguard (or as other people have said, pangolin or similar services)

On a scale from 0-100 where 0 is Mario Kart and 100 is real life, I’d put Horizon at around 75. It’s mostly realistic, but is intentionally forgiving in certain aspects.
As for solo, if you’re looking for a good story, you’re probably going to be disappointed. The game nowadays is mostly focused on collecting cars and the online experience (mostly racing). You could (and probably would) enjoy exploring Japan for a while, but if you’re not into racing I think you’d burn out pretty quickly

No insight sorry. I’m not a keyboard person and just wanted to get one that (based on reviews) I knew would be pretty good and that I wouldn’t have to upgrade for a long time for. If the Gamakey has all the same features as the keychron, or at least the ones that are important to you, then I would just grab whichever is cheaper
