Add missing signature algorithms for awskms#468

Although it was already possible to sign using RSA or RSA-PSS with SHA384, it wasn't possible to use the appropriate signing algorithms to create the RSA key. This commit adds those to the map. This commit also fixes a typo and a linter error in mackms.
