My name is Wojtek Kosinski and I'm a digital and technology leader with a passion for turning complex global challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. Over the past decade, I've progressed from a hands-on full-stack developer to an executive overseeing international digital operations for a US-headquartered multinational.

My work spans global eCommerce, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives that connect strategy, technology, and customer experience across markets. I'm passionate about bringing structure to complexity - transforming global digital operations into cohesive, data-driven ecosystems.

I hold an MSc in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from London Business School - a combination that allows me to bridge deep technical understanding with business leadership. I believe in transparency, clarity of purpose, and doing the right thing even when it's hard.

Outside of work, I've ridden a motorcycle through nearly every corner of Europe, and that spirit of curiosity and discovery still drives me.
