Who We Are?

We are Soloway Roastery, a specialty coffee brand founded in Ukraine by Arthur and Iryna Yuzvik. Since 2016, we’ve been passionate about sourcing the finest coffee beans from around the world and roasting them with precision in our state-of-the-art facility.

Over the years, we opened several cafΓ©s in Ukraine, and in 2024 Chicago welcomed our first US location, Soloway Coffee. By 2025, we expanded with Abrah Bakery & Daily Bistro and plan to grow even further.

Our coffee beans offer unique flavor profiles and exceptional quality, and now you can enjoy them not only in our cafΓ©s but also directly from our website.

Meet Our New Spring Blend!

Three different beans β€” Columbia Opal Geisha, Columbia Campo Hermoso, and Ethopia Aricha β€” together, they create a light, aromatic, and very clean profile.

The aroma reveals notes of jasmine, bergamot, and fresh lemongrass. In the cup, it has a light body, floral sweetness, and clean, complex acidity. The descriptors include lemon curd, rosemary, and Earl Grey tea.
