Linked SLA Alerts is offered on the Atlassian Marketplace (paid app). Tech Cache answers product questions and configuration help directly at the address above. There is no customer support portal, ticket queue, or third-party developer forum on this site.

Scope (typical): Installation and upgrades, Forge scopes and consent, triggers, Slack and automation webhooks, behavior questions, and bug reports. We do not guarantee a fixed response time unless agreed in writing for your organization.

Send findings directly to us by email. We handle them confidentially through this address—not via a public bug tracker, not by opening issues or posting details on GitHub (our repositories are private; there is no expectation or requirement that you publish vulnerabilities publicly). The coordinated disclosure rules in our Vulnerability disclosure policy describe your responsibility not to disclose before a fix where applicable; they do not mean you must file anything in public.

Include enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue; avoid unrelated personal data.

We do not run a public bug-bounty program unless we state otherwise on this page.
