Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined in these conditions, maintaining the same definitions in singular or plural forms.
Definitions
- Affiliate: an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party (50%+ ownership of shares/equity).
- Account: a unique account created for accessing the Service.
- Tensormix: a product by RESONANCE AI LABS LTD, company number 15712751, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
- Company: RESONANCE AI LABS LTD (referred to as “Resonance Labs”, “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
- Country: the United Kingdom.
- Content: text, images, or other information posted, uploaded, or made available by users.
- Device: any device accessing the Service.
- Feedback: suggestions regarding Service attributes, performance, or features.
- Products: digital services, subscriptions, or access plans offered.
- Orders: purchase requests for Products.
- Promotions: contests, sweepstakes, or other promotional offerings.
- Service: the Website and related web-based applications/features.
- Website: Tensormix, accessible at tensormix.com.
- You: the individual or legal entity accessing the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern Service use and form the agreement between users and the Company. They apply to all visitors and users. Access is conditioned on acceptance and compliance. Users represent they are over 18 years old. The Company does not permit minors to use the Service. Users must also accept the Privacy Policy.
User Accounts
Account creation requires accurate, complete, current information. Failure to provide such information constitutes a breach resulting in potential account termination.
Users are responsible for password safeguarding and all account activities. Users must not disclose passwords to third parties and must immediately notify the Company of security breaches or unauthorised access.
Usernames cannot be another person’s name, trademark subject to others’ rights without authorisation, or offensive/vulgar/obscene content.

Your Right to Post Content
Users may post Content and retain all rights to it. By posting, users grant the Company a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on the Service and make it available to other users under these Terms. Users represent and warrant: (i) they own the Content or have rights to grant the stated license, and (ii) posting does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, or other rights of any person.
Content Restrictions
The Company is not responsible for user content. Users are solely responsible for their Content and all account activity. Users may not transmit unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene Content, including:
- Unlawful activity or promotion thereof
- Discriminatory content targeting religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin
- Spam, machine-generated content, unauthorised advertising, chain letters, unsolicited solicitation, lotteries, or gambling
- Viruses, malware, trojan horses, or content designed to disrupt systems or damage data
- Content infringing proprietary rights
- Impersonation of persons or entities
- Privacy violations
- False information
Content Backups
Regular backups are performed, but the Company does not guarantee against data loss or corruption. Users must maintain independent copies of all Content.
Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Infringement
Copyright owners or authorised representatives believing their work has been infringed must submit written notice to the copyright agent at [email protected] with detailed infringement descriptions.
DMCA Notice and Procedure
DMCA notifications must include:
- Electronic or physical signature of authorised copyright owner representative
- Description of copyrighted work and its location
- Identification of infringing material location on the Service
- Notifier’s address, telephone, and email
- Good faith belief statement that use is unauthorised
- Penalty-of-perjury statement that information is accurate
Purchasing Services
Users warrant they are legally capable of entering binding contracts.
Your Information
Order placement may require name, email, phone number, credit card information, billing address, and shipping information. Users represent and warrant the legal right to use provided payment methods and that supplied information is true and complete.
Refunds
All Services are digital and available immediately upon purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing/subscribing, users expressly request immediate access and acknowledge losing statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights, including cooling-off periods, to the extent permitted by law.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
Product offerings are constantly updated. Products may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. The Company does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of information and reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors without notice.
Payments
Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express, or PayPal. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization checks.
Promotions
Promotion-specific rules may differ from these Terms. Promotion rules supersede these Terms in case of conflict.
Intellectual Property
The Service and original content (excluding user-provided Content), features, and functionality are exclusive Company property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Your Feedback to Us
Users assign all rights, title, and interest in Feedback to the Company. If assignment is ineffective, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify, and exploit Feedback without restriction.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend Accounts immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including Terms breach. Users may terminate Accounts by discontinuing Service use.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s entire liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid through the Service or $100 USD if no purchases were made. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and suppliers are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects without any warranty. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms and Service use are governed by United Kingdom law (excluding conflicts-of-law rules).
Disputes Resolution
Users agree to attempt informal dispute resolution by contacting the Company. EU consumers benefit from mandatory consumer law provisions of their country of residence.
United States Legal Compliance
Users represent and warrant they are not in an embargoed country or designated terrorist-supporting country, and they are not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
Unenforceable or invalid provisions will be modified to accomplish their objectives to the maximum extent possible under applicable law, with remaining provisions continuing in full force. Failure to exercise rights does not affect future rights.
Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material revisions will have at least 30 days’ notice. Continuing Service access after revisions take effect constitutes agreement to revised terms.
