You can literally clean out your brain doing this.

The GLYMPHATIC SYSTEM in the brain helps flush out various toxins from the cerebrospinal & interstitial fluids of the brain.

It might just be your behind fatigue, cognitive decline and even depression.

Here's how (🧵1/8):
The brain produces cerebrospinal fluid from blood for a multitude of reasons.

Your neurons need it to fire properly, and it also physically protects your brain from damage and from being too heavy.

But perhaps the most important role of CSF is to enable glymphatic clearance. Image
The body had the lymphatic system.

Your tissues get blood for nutrients, and they produce waste, which gets taken up by lymphatic vessels.

These drain into your lymph nodes where your immune cells can clean up various toxins, microbes, or other byproducts.

The thing is, the lymphatic system does not have a heart equivalent constantly pumping it around, so it can become stagnant if we do not manually mobilize it.

The same is true in the brain.Image

Everyone is focused on the rupee recovering 166 paise this week.

That is the noise.

Here is the signal nobody is talking about.
India made a promise to global investors.

Bring your money in. Hedge your risk freely. Take your money out freely.

That promise attracted around $14 billion into Indian government bonds, against expectations of $20 to 25 billion after JPMorgan added India to its global index in 2024.

The promise had a name. Partial convertibility.
March 27: Banks cannot hold more than $100mn in dollar positions. Corporates immediately stepped in as middlemen. Rupee fell back below 95 within 48 hours.

April 1: RBI banned NDFs entirely. Banned rebooking of contracts. Banned related party FX trades.

Three loopholes closed in one circular.

When Pleasure Hurts: A Woman’s Body Is Speaking, and We Must Listen

There is a story many women carry quietly, and it begins in a bedroom and ends in silence. It is the story of pain where pleasure is expected, and of endurance where joy should live. Dyspareunia is the name medicine gives to painful sex, and yet the experience itself has existed long before we learned to label it. As a gynaecologist, I say this without apology and without whispering: sex is not meant to hurt, and when it does, the body is not being dramatic, it is being honest. According to the guidance of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists(RCOG), painful sex should never be dismissed, because pain is often a message, and messages deserve interpreters, and interpreters deserve time
Sometimes the pain waits at the doorway of the vagina, like a guard refusing entry, and sometimes it hides deep inside the pelvis, like a secret with sharp edges. Superficial pain may come from dryness, from infections, from conditions of the vulva, and from the quiet hormonal changes of menopause or breastfeeding, when oestrogen slips away like a lover who forgot to say goodbye. Deep pain, however, may whisper the names of heavier things: endometriosis, pelvic infections, fibroids, ovarian cysts, or adhesions, and these are not small matters, even when they are spoken of in small voices.

🚨India sends ₹83,000 crore of medicines to America every year.

Yesterday Trump put a 100% tax on drugs.

Nifty Pharma fell 3.5% in one day.

People are selling everything.

But here's the thing nobody told you

90% of India's medicines to America have ZERO tax on them.

Zero.

The people panic selling right now are selling the wrong stocks.

Let me explain this🧵
(MUST BOOKMARK & REPOST)
2/20

okay so first.

what did Trump actually do on April 2?

he taxed TWO things.

thing 1 → brand name medicines. the expensive ones. the ones with patents. 100% tax.

thing 2 → steel and aluminum. he changed how the tax is calculated. closed a loophole.

that's it.

he did NOT tax
→ cheap generic medicines ❌
→ all Indian pharma ❌
→ everything ❌

this one fact is worth crores to you if you're an investor.

most people reacting right now missed it completely.
3/20

before i go further
be honest.

what do YOU think this tariff does to India?

answer comes at tweet 11.
i promise it will surprise most of you.

During a job interview, if they ask: “Do you have any questions for us?”

USE THE GOLDEN RESPONSE:
The "Passive" Penalty

In 2026, saying you have "no questions" is interpreted as a lack of curiosity or business acumen. The interview isn't over until you walk out the door. This is your chance to flip the script and interview them.
The Psychology of the Flip

The best candidates don't act like supplicants; they act like consultants. You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you’re looking for a partnership. High-value questions prove you’re vetting them just as hard.

Sanctioned Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska — founder of Rusal and a longtime Putin ally agreed to fund the war.

His refinery in Limerick, Ireland has been running throughout the war. Alumina exports from Ireland to Russia grew from $243M to $376M since 2022— The Moscow Times. 1/ Image
None of this breaches EU rules.

The refinery is owned by Rusal, where Deripaska holds a quarter of shares. Sanctioning a person while leaving his corporate structures intact lets governments claim compliance while keeping the profits flowing. 2/
An investigation by The Irish Times and OCCRP suggests that alumina produced at the Limerick plant feeds into supply chains that may reach dozens of Russian arms manufacturers.

Ukraine's ambassador to Ireland has raised the issue directly with the Irish government. 3/

🚨 In 1513, a man was thrown in prison, tortured, and exiled. So he wrote a book about power.

The Catholic Church banned it. Napoleon was caught with a copy in his carriage after his final defeat. Stalin kept it on his bedside table and wrote notes in the margins. Mussolini read it. Kissinger and Nixon used it as bedtime reading.

The book is The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli. It's 500 years old. It invented the word "Machiavellian." And it's still the most dangerous book on power ever written.

I turned Machiavelli's core strategies into 12 Claude prompts.

You describe any power struggle (office politics, negotiations, competition, leadership) and it gives you the exact Machiavellian counter-move.

Here are all 12:Image
Prompt 1: The Lion and the Fox

Machiavelli's most famous strategy (Chapter 18): A leader must be both a lion and a fox. The lion uses raw force. The fox uses cunning. Most people only know how to be one.

"I'm facing this situation: [describe your power struggle — office politics, negotiation, competition, conflict]. Analyze it through Machiavelli's Lion and Fox framework. Tell me: (1) What is the 'lion move' — the direct, forceful action I could take? What are its risks? (2) What is the 'fox move' — the cunning, strategic, indirect approach? What are its risks? (3) Which one should I use in THIS specific situation and why? (4) Is there a way to combine both — appear as the fox while positioning the lion? Give me the exact words to say and actions to take."
Prompt 2: The Feared vs. Loved Calculator

Machiavelli wrote (Chapter 17): "It is much safer to be feared than loved, if one must choose." But he also warned: fear without hatred is the key. Cross into hatred and you lose everything.

"I'm in a leadership position at [your role/context]. I need to make a tough decision: [describe the decision]. Using Machiavelli's 'Feared vs. Loved' framework, tell me: (1) What would the 'loved' approach look like? Where does it make me vulnerable? (2) What would the 'feared' approach look like? Where does it risk crossing into hatred? (3) Where is the exact line between respected fear and destructive hatred in this situation? (4) Give me the specific approach that commands respect without creating enemies. Script the exact conversation or action."

Its been a busy couple of days dealing with the aftermath of the verdicts against Chris Nineham and me. First of all a huge thankyou to the mass of people who have been in touch to share love and solidarity and their sense of outrage at the judgement. Some reflections:
We are appealing ,and if the system retains routes to justice, a hope that has to be sustained, then we believe the appeal will be successful because the evidence is so clear. We have deep concerns not just about the outcome but the conduct of the case.
This includes the Judge's decision to allow the prosecution to run to 4 days out of the 6 allocated and refusal to allow additional time for the defence. Justice must not only be done but must be seen to be done .

1/ China Challenge: Believe it or Not*

The Escalator to Heaven
2/ Who has the longest stack of escalators in the world?
3/ Answer: Chongqing, China. The “Goddess” escalator in Wushan county consists of a series of two dozen individual escalators and lifts that climb more than 750 feet over a 2,500-foot length in 21 minutes. Every day, 9,000 people pay the 50-cent fee to avoid a steep stairway. Image

An entire new world opens up for you once you find the courage to be bored. Treasure hides in the thoughts you fear.

But if you numb your boredom and run from it, then you guarantee your potential in life will never be realised.

Constant stimulation or your best life.
Up to you
You know this already, and I've repeated it a countless number of times. Yet so many of you will still be in the same loops you were in when you first heard it.

You have slept for years. You hardly remember the days.

It takes just ONE deliberate disruption to change your life.
Genuinely consider what kind of gold is buried in the deep grooves of your mind. All of your emotions, thoughts, experiences. You've read enough. At this point, the the thoughts of the majority only degrade the quality of your own.

Raw dog life. Unusual is fine.

Become a freak.

1/ A Four-Star’s History Lesson on the Iran War

A must-read summary of a great listen: see @nytimes @DavidAFrench's conversation with former commander of US Special Forces in Afghanistan and Iraq Gen. Stanley McChrystal.

nytimes.com/2026/03/23/opi…
2/ To successfully meet the challenge the US currently faces in Iran, McChrystal recommends starting with “strategic empathy”: asking how the events occurring today look through the eyes of our adversary. (In the security studies canon, strategic empathy is an antidote to Americans’ natural “strategic narcissism” that understands events only through our own eyes, assumes others see the world as we do, and expects them to act only in response to our initiatives.)
3/ Specifically, McChrystal advocates beginning by asking how Iranian leaders remember the history that has led to this juncture: “I try to remind people whenever we think of what’s happening now: If we don’t understand the journey to this point, we don’t understand the attitudes that are going to drive decisions people make.” While Americans’ memory of Iran’s 1979 revolution and support for Shia militias leads US policymakers to view Iran as a “recalcitrant enemy,” for Iranians, it really starts in 1953 with US covert action to overthrow Iran’s elected leader.

SOVEREIGN MIND MECHANICAL BRIDGING OF THE GAP BETWEEN WANTING AND LIKING
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Here are the primary somatic protocols to ensure pleasure has "weight" and integrity:
1. The "5-Second Somatic Anchor"

When you engage in a pleasurable act (eating, a cold shower, a walk, or tactile contact), the Amygdala and VTA (Ventral Tegmental Area) often rush ahead to the next hit. This leaves the current moment "empty."
The Protocol: Before and during the act, focus exclusively on one Kinetic Fact for 5 seconds.
The Science: This forces the Thalamus to send high-resolution data to the mPFC and Sensory Cortex, bypassing the "Wanting" script.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq: “Dismissals and reassignments from the level of the Chief of Staff and below are not reorganization, but a tacit admission of the collapse of the decision-making chamber, and an attempt to make the military pay the bill for political confusion and a strategic error that the US will continue to pay the price for indefinitely.”
"What is happening is not a war being managed, but a power being defeated while it remains arrogant. It is a clear tactical stumble and a strategic exposure for a state that was accustomed to defining war from above, only to find itself today being managed from below under the pressure of reality."
Full statement today:

🇮🇶 Islamic Resistance in Iraq:

"And Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts."

The American today is not only making mistakes but is flailing under the pressure of successive shocks that it does not know how to handle, which is evident from the following:

1- The downing of a warplane west of Iran revealed unprecedented confusion in Washington, which no longer knows what it lost: was it an F-35A or an F-15E? When a power is confused about the nature of its loss, it has lost control before it even lost the aircraft.

2- Dismissals and reassignments from the level of the Chief of Staff and below are not reorganization, but a tacit admission of the collapse of the decision-making chamber, and an attempt to make the military pay the bill for political confusion and a strategic error that America will continue to pay the price for indefinitely.

3- The exhaustion of the target bank without achieving a decisive outcome, in contrast to the continued effectiveness of missiles and drones from Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, is pushing towards the bombing of civilian infrastructure. Here, power turns from a tool of decision into evidence of impotence, and when armies fail, they bomb cities.

4- American bases in the region have become ineffective, and alliances such as SOFA have begun to erode and enter a stage of freezing, with countries like France, Austria, Italy, and Spain announcing that they will not participate militarily.

Conclusion:
What is happening is not a war being managed, but a power being defeated while it remains arrogant. It is a clear tactical stumble and a strategic exposure for a state that was accustomed to defining war from above, only to find itself today being managed from below under the pressure of reality.
