• pylock / pip problem may not be resolved this cycle, but there is tested progress

• AI help to further simplify WinPython

remark:

• numpy-2.5 will be more performant for free-threading than for multi-processing
• community effort is on the pep-803 free-threading stable abi3t for 3.15 beta1, that will unlock packages
• speed-up hopes (with pep-803):
  • JIT and internals: +10% per year
  • free-threading: square-root(number of physical threads)
  • one time 10% bonus with tail call for 3.15 windows
