  1. Add gumbo, bayou, and boudin to org profile README 

    Reflects the expanded CajunSystems ecosystem: cajun and roux remain
primary, followed by the three new projects (gumbo as the shared
foundation, bayou and boudin built on top of it). Also updates
Getting Started links and Installation section to cover all five
projects, and fixes "both projects" copy to "all projects".

  2. Update installation versions and add JitPack for new projects 

    Cajun: 0.7.0, Roux: 0.2.2 (Maven Central). Gumbo, Bayou, and Boudin
are available via JitPack with the com.github.CajunSystems group ID.
