Hi, Yes, I have moved the sliders around etc, they don't do anything, it's either off or very loud. |

Ok, so the app sliders have some effect then? Is it the same loudness level? If even at 1% the speakers are loud, then it's a monitor issue I am afraid, DDC can only send integer values (0, 1, 2...), so if the difference between 0 and 1 is too much, the app won't be able to fix that. |

Well, DDC is integer based. If you changed the DDC scale to let's say 0-16 and the volume is still to high at the first keyboard press level, then it's a monitor issue, there is no much to do. You can use software mixer tools (eqMac, etc) to limit volume level. |

The volume control on this monitor is very bad, it's either off or very loud at the first tick of any volume. the scaling for this monitor needs to be fixed, or the application needs a way to deal with it?
