We now have 216 add-ons in our add-on ecosystem, which is great, but many of those are experimental or duplicate, and may not have a future.

It would be great to figure out a way to curate these better

• Suggest "star this add-on if it's important to your work"during ddev add-on get and give a link to the repo (or maybe a direct link to api to star it)
• Downgrade add-ons with tests not running
• Downgrade add-ons where owners haven't responded to requests to keep tests running
• Number of downloads
