The folder Tile31-1/forcouch contains data file 31_4626-11740_4641-11779.csv, 
which contains the first ten lines of output from one section of Tile 31 of 
Worldclim after running the 'tilesection2csvs' command. The file is ready 
for test loading either to CouchDB with the 'couchfromcsvs' command or to 
appengine with the 'tilecsvs2appengine' command.
