• Added extra flags for cross-linking on the rpi. Added crossBuildExamples script and template. With proper rootfs, almost all examples build. Fixed guiExample for RaspberryPi.

• Added extra cross linker flags for linuxarmv6l. Linker working on both OSX with an arm-unknown-linux-gnueabi toolchain and on Ubuntu with the official raspberry pi toolchain.
