Building vsimporter, hmapmaker, xib2nib and sb-expandvars tools

Check out required submodules, using Git Bash:

cd WinObjC/tools/vsimporter
git submodule update --init --recursive third-party/PlistCpp
git submodule update --init --recursive third-party/sole

Build WinObjC/tools/tools.sln
