Bug Description

Druid bots cannot re-apply Thorns, you need to remove your existing Thorns first. Warlocks can re-apply unending breath or detect invisibility.

How To Reproduce Bug

cast Thorns on Rhumusphut
cast Thorns on Rhumusphut     # this will fail

cast unending breath on Rhumusphut
cast unending breath on Rhumusphut   # this will not fail

Expected Behavior

You should be able to re-apply thorns on the tank before it expires.
