如果您是以个人名义进行贡献内容的提交，无需签署企业 CLA。请在提交 Pull Request 的时候，通过 CLA Assistant 签署个人 CLA 即可。

如果您已经签署了个 人CLA，但是您需要以企业代表的身份参与贡献代码，您的企业仍然需要将您的信息加入企业CLA的成员名单中，具体操作可通过邮件联系我们。

1. 请按照企业 CLA 的要求填写相关信息，并在根据附录要求提供贡献内容的指定员工的初始名单 GitHub 账号及要贡献的内容和范围，请指明是哪些 SecretFlow 的 repo(s) 或者是整个 SecretFlow group。
2. 填写完成后请打印文件，并签名、盖公司公章。
3. 将签字盖章后的扫描件以邮件形式发送到 [email protected]。

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the SecretFlow community. This version of the CLA allows legal entities ("companies") to submit contributions to our project.

If you are submitting contributions on an individual basis, there is no need to sign the Corporate CLA. Please sign the Individual CLA through the CLA Assistant when submitting a pull request.

If you have already signed the Individual CLA but need to contribute code on behalf of your company, your company still needs to add you to the authorized employees list of the Corporate CLA. Please contact us by email for further instructions.

1. Please fill in the relevant information as required by the Corporate CLA, and provide a list of designated employees who will be contributing in accordance with the schedule requirements, including their GitHub account and the content and scope of their contributions. Please specify which SecretFlow repo(s) or the entire SecretFlow group the contributions will be made to.
2. After filling out the form, please print the document, sign it, and stamp it with the company seal.
3. Please scan the document and send it via email to [email protected].
