Out of more than 400,000 Microsoft partners globally, only 100–130 hold this designation, placing us in a very small, select group worldwide.   The designation demonstrates that we are independently validated to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable Azure services, meeting the highest standards as a partner to Microsoft and our clients. Proudly sharing that Knowit is approved as a supplier under NATO’s NCIA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) framework in Finland!   This enables us to participate in NATO and member state procurements related to digital solutions, data management, and secure systems. Areas where resilience, cybersecurity, and continuity are critical.   “This approval is a significant sign of trust in Knowit’s capabilities. Today, our colleagues Attila Szilagyi, Bartosz Dzikowski, Andrzej Grochocki, Patryk Ostasz, Tomasz Madej and Michał Bedyk are spending the day taking part in a training on the practical foundations of Gen AI, organized by the Łódzki Klaster ICT. This is far more than just another “intro to AI” – it’s a hands-on, workshop-driven session focused on how to effectively design, implement, and maintain solutions built on generative models. 💡 Why is this important for us? Above all, this kind of approach helps turn the hype around GenAI into concrete applications in everyday project work. It also supports better architectural and technological decisions, while helping us better understand the implementation challenges – from scaling and MLOps to model quality. Many thanks to Łódzki Klaster ICT for creating a space for knowledge exchange and for the opportunity to participate in the training 🙌 It’s another step for us in building competencies that directly translate into the quality of solutions we deliver to our clients. Initiatives like this clearly show how important collaboration between companies, universities, and institutions is. At the same time, they offer a real opportunity to confront assumptions with practice and to look at GenAI from different perspectives.

Let’s celebrate our colleagues from across Knowit that has completed the internal development program GROW. 🎉   During the program, participants have explored diversity, equity, and inclusion from both a personal and business perspective. They have strengthened their self-awareness, challenged perspectives, built new connections across teams and countries, and put inclusive leadership to practice while going through Knowit’s business simulation.   Just as important, they now form a growing network of DE&I ambassadors and role models who help bring inclusive perspectives into everyday work.   Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s program and contributed with openness, curiosity, and engagement. 🌟   We look forward to seeing the capabilities and network gained from GROW continue to shape Knowit.

Together with Kalmar, a forerunner in sustainable material handling solutions, we set out to identify concrete and profitable circular initiatives and build a shared language across the business around multi-life equipment and services. Instead of treating circularity as a standalone sustainability effort, we connected Kalmar’s circular ambitions with for example new revenue pools and portfolio development.
