🚀 New Feature on KS HackZone! We’re excited to announce a major update: you can now launch your own challenge instances for hosted challenges like PWN, Web, RE, and more. This means you get your own private environment to hack and practice without interruptions. Access Requirements ------------------------------- To unlock this feature, you’ll need: [+] Minimum 5 published/active writeups [+] Minimum 10 hacktivities We’ve set these requirements because KS HackZone isn’t just about solving challenges — it’s about sharing knowledge. Your writeups help new hackers, students, and learners around the world, building a stronger and more supportive community. One Instance at a Time --------------------------------- For stability and fairness, you can only run one challenge instance at a time. If you launch a new one while another is active, the previous one will be automatically terminated. Flags Update ------------------- Since our challenges come from past CTF events, we originally kept the same flags. From now on, for hosted challenges, we may change some flags (while keeping the same format) to make solving them more fun and refreshing. What’s Next? ------------------- Our team is working to bring all hosted challenges into this system. With hundreds in the archive, it will take some time, but we’re committed to making them available as soon as possible. 👉 Hack, solve, write, share — and now, launch your own CTF playground on KS HackZone. Your Zone For Cyber Supremacy. #KSHackZone #CTF #HackThePlanet #CTFArchive

New Feature Update on KS HackZone! Until now, our platform only allowed users to publish writeups for challenges we archived. But many CTF organizers prefer not to have their challenges archived — and we still wanted to give our community a way to share knowledge about those challenges. That’s why we’ve introduced a new option: you can now publish and read writeups for un-archived challenges too! Here’s how it works: [+] Log in to KS HackZone. [+] From the user dropdown menu, select “Create Writeup”. [+] Search for the CTF event and challenge. [+] Start writing and publish your writeup! From now on, we’ll do our best to list all CTF events + challenges — even if we can’t archive them due to copyright issues. This way, you’ll always be able to publish and explore writeups freely. Whether archived or not, knowledge deserves to be shared. Happy hacking & writing! #KSHackZone #CTF #Cybersecurity #CTFWriteup #EthicalHacking #CTFArchive

Designed as a beginner-friendly RE challenge, revMe takes players through the process of analyzing a minimal ELF binary, uncovering hidden data, and applying simple XOR decoding to reveal the true flag. #CTF #BDSecCTF #BDSecCTF2025 #KSHackZone #ReverseEngineering #CTFWriteup https://lnkd.in/guzXwp-B
