We’re proud to award a UAH 200,000 grant to support the growth of a business led by one of the winners of the “Vidvazhna” accelerator from Diia.Business. ⠀ In March, the final of “Vidvazhna 3” took place, where 18 women entrepreneurs received financial support through the program. In our experience, 3 simple ways consistently work: ⭐ Send automated email campaigns Triggered emails let you request a review immediately after a purchase or once an order is completed. ⭐ Add QR codes to physical touchpoints Place them on products or in-store. For example, Starbucks uses QR code posters and stickers near checkout counters. ⭐ Offer incentives For example: “Get early access to a new book — share your experience with our bookstore, tag our page, and use the hashtag # ourbrand”. Of course, there are many other ways to collect reviews, but starting with the basics is often the most effective approach.
