  • 📣 1H FY26 marked another step forward for Tinybeans. We strengthened recurring revenue, improved unit economics and expanded our U.S. footprint through the Qeepsake acquisition. The result:  • Subscription revenue +21% pcp  • 96K paid subscribers (+94%)  • LTV +33%  • Adjusted EBITDA improved 80% Families are increasingly choosing private, intentional platforms to capture and share their memories. With the majority of our revenue generated in the U.S., we are strongly positioned in the market where this shift is most advanced. We thank Zsofi Paterson for her steady leadership during this period of transformation and for thoughtfully positioning Tinybeans for its next chapter. As our growth opportunity increasingly centres on the United States, on-the-ground executive leadership is essential. We are pleased to announce that Tracy Cho has stepped into the role of Interim CEO. Tracy brings deep U.S. commercial experience, strong operational leadership and a clear understanding of the trust families place in Tinybeans. Disciplined execution remains our priority as we enter the next phase. Full announcement here: https://lnkd.in/gE6k4Fcp #Tinybeans #TNY #Qeepsake #1Hresults

  • New motherhood can be a lonely road. It's so full of love and wonder but also a total identity shift, endless comparisons, and the need to figure it out as you go. That’s why we admire what Peanut App has built. A space where women can find connection, ask honest questions, and build their village. At Tinybeans, we think about what happens next. Once you’ve found your village, how do you keep them close? We believe it's by bringing your inner circle along for the everyday moments and major milestones that make up your family's story, in a way that's intentional and safe. We’re currently collaborating with Peanut to give both communities a chance to find and connect with their people. The goal is simple: Help moms feel less alone so they can confidently brave this new chapter. #motherhood #communitybuilding #collab #digitalparenting

Yesterday, my oldest daughter started Kindy. It was a big, emotionally charged day for our family, as I imagine it is for every family sending their child off to school for the first time. She was up & dressed 3 hours before we had to leave home, with her lunchbox overflowing, her uniform crisp & oversize and a colorful array of bag-charms hanging off her HUGE school backpack. Her little face full of pride, excitement, nerves & anticipation (or was that mine?), it was a day I was desperate to share with friends and family. But I stopped. There is now too much credible information and advice - from industry experts, the AFP, Government & non-profits - about the risks and dangers of sharing your kids' photos online, especially when it contains information like location, school, birth-dates, full names or lifestyle patterns. I'm so pleased we see less of this on public social feeds these days. So a gentle reminder to all those who are starting new chapters with their kids this week and want to share, to do it thoughtfully, with those you trust. For me, that means sharing with my devoted family on Tinybeans, recording some notes & reflections to (one day!) turn it into a book for her, and sending a few close friends some of the "highlight" shots. And here's her self portrait, which will be the start of her "Kindy Art Book" that I'll create with and for her at the end of the year on Tinybeans.... Proud & loving CEO & mum, signing off 🥹 💌 Alistair Lamond

  • As social feeds fill up with holiday photos and 2025 recaps, it’s a timely reminder to be mindful about how we share our children online. Tinybeans CEO Zsofi Paterson recently spoke with Paul Wallbank from the Herald Sun about the hidden risks of posting seemingly innocent moments, from Christmas snaps to holiday photos and the long-term impact they can have on children’s privacy and safety. Before posting, parents should pause and ask: Who am I sharing this for? Why am I sharing it? And would I be comfortable discussing this with my child later? If you do choose to share, consider avoiding personally identifiable information such as birth dates, full names, or first-day-of-school photos that reveal locations. Children’s digital footprints begin long before they can weigh in. Being thoughtful about how and where we share today helps protect the people they’re still becoming and that care is at the heart of what Tinybeans is here to support. 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gbnbNBJG #Sharenting #ChildSafetyOnline #DigitalPrivacy #OnlineSafety #SafeSharing #Tinybeans

  • As Australia enforces the new under-16 social media restrictions today, the spotlight is on children’s online behaviour and whether the ban will be effective. But at Tinybeans, we believe there’s a foundational question missing from the discussion: What example are we setting as parents? Parents often begin sharing their children online long before kids create accounts of their own. How we document their earliest moments shapes their digital identity and their expectations of privacy for years to come. If we want a safer digital world for the next generation, it starts with parents modelling thoughtful, secure sharing from day one. That’s exactly what Tinybeans was built for. Tinybeans CEO, Zsofi Paterson, says: "We’re proud to be in a country that’s willing to make tough and sometimes unpopular decisions in the best interests of children. As supporters of the 36 Months campaign, we welcome the Government’s move to strengthen protections for young people online. Privacy should start at birth, and our mission at Tinybeans is to empower families to celebrate their memories without compromising their children’s digital safety". #u16ban #digitalprivacy #onlinesafety #tinybeans

  • Big news at Tinybeans! 📸 This week we launched our new in-app iOS Photo Store, marking another important step toward building the world’s leading privacy-first memory platform. Now, Tinybeans users can seamlessly turn their digital memories into premium printed photo books and calendars — all within the app, no uploads or extra steps needed. “Today’s family photo album is digital, but it still deserves to live beyond the screen. Parents tell us they want to create photo books but don’t have the time. With the new Photo Store, we’ve made it effortless — no scrolling through camera rolls, no extra tools, just the memories already organised in Tinybeans turned into something personal and lasting with a few taps.” — Zsofi Paterson, CEO, Tinybeans By integrating photo products directly into the Tinybeans experience, we’re strengthening engagement, driving new revenue, and expanding our opportunity in the US$3.8B U.S. photo printing market.* A huge thank you to our incredible product and marketing team for bringing this to life — Matt Mulligan, Shani Lachmanovich, Khushi Sheth, Wilson Lilburne, Istvan, Maria Savage, Jessica Pollack Payne, Dora Tao, Caroline Simensen and many others who contributed across the business. • Tinybeans announces the strategic acquisition of Qeepsake. We’re thrilled to share that Tinybeans has acquired the assets of Qeepsake, a US-based family journaling platform that complements our privacy-first photo-sharing experience. The all-stock transaction expands our paid subscriber base by ~80%, adds high-value recurring revenue (combined pro-forma FY25 revenue, an 85% uplift on Tinybeans’ result), and strengthens our position as a category leader in the U.S. family-tech market. This capital-efficient move accelerates our path to profitability and brings new growth opportunities, with Qeepsake’s journaling features to be integrated into the Tinybeans platform through 2026. #Tinybeans #Qeepsake #ASX #Acquisition #FamilyTech #Growth

  • We’re so proud to see our CEO, Zsofi Paterson, bringing this important conversation to a national audience. With online child exploitation reports on the rise, it’s never been more important to think carefully about what we share of our children online. At Tinybeans, we believe every family should be able to capture and share their memories in a private, secure space that puts kids’ safety first. Channelling my growth mindset and childhood mantra "I can do this" for my first live national news appearance yesterday. Last month the AFP issued a warning to parents - following a 41% increase in online child exploitation reports - to consider what they post of their children online. Even the innocent photos of birthdays and kindy orientations can be used inappropriately. At Tinybeans we're big advocates of sharing all the big & small family moments in thoughtful, privacy-first ways that put your kids' safety first. Close to my heart, as a mum & CEO of Tinybeans ❤️ My advice to parents is: - whether you share publicly or not, just be thoughtful & conscious about it; - have conversations - with your partner, parents, in-laws or friends; - understand the risks & potential impacts - for you & your kids; - lead by example - hopefully you set the tone for how your kids (one day!) use social media.
