Last night, I had the absolute honor of attending the company party for one of my incredible clients, Pest Pros Pest Solutions. Looking through some photos from last night, I am reminded of exactly why I do what I do. Over the past couple of years as their Sr. Account Manager at PestPac, I’ve had the privilege of watching this team grow at an impressive pace. But more importantly, I’ve watched them do amazing things for others. I’ve seen them hand-build care packages for the children's hospital, collect a box truck full of toys for United Way to give kids a Christmas they wouldn't have had otherwise, and most recently, raise over $250,000 for the American Heart Association alongside their community. You hear "we're a family" a lot in the corporate world, but the Pest Pros team lives that reality daily. They breathe their core values: • Whatever it takes • Love People • Commitment to Personal Growth • Genuine Connection • Giving Back • Intentionality Working with Josh, I’ve watched him continually step out of his comfort zone for his people, his community, and his own personal growth. So, when he reached out about attending last night's celebration, living on the opposite side of the country didn't cause even the slightest hesitation. I knew I had to be there to support such an amazing leader and team. I’m incredibly honored to have been invited, and even more proud that WorkWave stepped up big to sponsor the event. Josh’s journey has been a massive inspiration to me personally and professionally. Because of that, I am making three commitments this year.
