We are introducing a Combination Submission discount of 20%. For example, if you choose to submit to both the Sustainable Product and Sustainable Innovation Award, your total entry fees will be reduced by 20%.
This Combination Submission discount and the Early Bird discount are auto-applied at checkout.
Important Note on Discount Policy: Please note that you can only apply one discount at a time. The "Early Bird" discount applies to single-entry submissions, while the "Combination Submission" discount is available for two or more entries. Both discounts cannot be used simultaneously.
Your entries will be judged by a panel of sustainability experts from leading companies - representative past judges have come from Sealed Air, Illumina, Sodexo, and Nielsen.
Your entry fees will be contributed to funding our Environmental Journalism Award+ Impact programs.

Lastly, a highly selective award is what YOU make of it. An award can serve as a useful "building block" across your own press releases, internal morale, on your website, across social media platforms, and your external sustainability-related communications (sustainability report, annual report, investor presentations).
Are There Refunds?
- No refunds are offered. This is a selective, merit-based sustainability award - if you are only interested in participating to "buy an award" we suggest you do NOT apply.
I Am Unable To Pay By Credit Card. I Need To Pay By Check or ACH. What Should I Do?
- After you submit your application, choose the "SPECIAL NEEDS: PAY LATER (Check/Invoice/ACH)" payment method AND then contact [email protected] describing your invoicing/payment request.
- We greatly appreciate submissions made by credit card, given our limited staffing.
What If I Need An Invoice?
- Our awards software provider - Evalato - emails a receipt upon payment. If you need a more formal invoice, please contact [email protected].

- Information within your entries is only shared with our judging panel.

How Can I Enter The Top 50 Most Sustainable Companies Award?
- Entries are available for specific initiatives, products, services, and innovations only (as compared to the overall, company-wide Top 50 sustainability performance award which is selected solely on an analytical basis using resources like the CDP A-List and more).
- Said differently, we do not accept entries for the Top 50 Most Sustainable Companies Award since it is 100% determined analytically.
Do I Get A Trophy?
Winners are able (but not required) to purchase trophies separately.
