Build anything that uses a Sophia Smart Contract on Aeternity Testnet or Mainnet

What to Submit

Submit a Project Summary, Open source Github repo, and a video recording of your demo. 

You will be asked to demo in person after submission.

    • Does the project present a novel idea or a creative twist on an existing one? • Does it push the boundaries of what’s possible in this space? • Is there a unique technical or conceptual insight?
  • Technical Execution
    • How well does the project work in practice? • Did the team build a functioning prototype or MVP? • Is the implementation technically impressive given the timeframe?
  • Impact & Usefulness
    • Does the solution solve a real problem or address an important need? • Could it make a meaningful difference for users, communities, or the ecosystem? • Is the project scalable or extensible beyond the hackathon?
  • Clarity of Presentation & Demo
    • Is the problem statement clear? • Does the team explain their solution in a concise, compelling way? • Is the live demo smooth and well-prepared?
  • Team Dynamics & Ambition
    • How well did the team collaborate and divide roles? • Did they stretch beyond their comfort zones to build something ambitious? • Did they show strong execution as a team?
