Using AgentMC
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgentMC, including the website, application, and related services we provide.
By visiting the site, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using AgentMC on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and Workspace Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. We may suspend or restrict accounts that are used unlawfully, impersonate others, or create risk for the service or other users.
Acceptable Use
You may use AgentMC only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with normal service operation, or attempt to access data or workspaces that you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use the service to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Do not upload or transmit malware, destructive code, or content intended to disrupt the platform.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security or tenant isolation controls.
Customer Data and Generated Output
You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit to AgentMC. You also remain responsible for reviewing and validating any agent-generated output before relying on it in production or business decisions.
We may process submitted content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Billing and Service Changes
Paid features, limits, and subscription terms may be described in the application or on pricing pages. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
We may update features, usage limits, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively after they are posted or otherwise communicated through the service.
Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability
AgentMC is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that agent output will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
You remain responsible for the operation, maintenance, configuration, and debugging of your own servers, hosting environments, networks, and other customer-managed infrastructure. AgentMC is not responsible for outages, misconfiguration, performance issues, or other failures that originate in systems outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using AgentMC at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations, will survive.
