OpenMind Launches FABRIC Identity Network on Base

OpenMind has launched the FABRIC Identity Network on Base, allowing users to mint their identity NFTs and earn exclusive badges. Follow these steps to participate:

1. Visit the FABRIC portal
2. Log in using your registered OpenMind email address
3. Navigate to your Profile and select “Mint My Identity”
4. Connect your wallet and switch to the Base network
5. Mint your identity NFT (zero gas cost, but ensure your Ethereum Mainnet wallet holds at least 0.001 ETH as a minimum balance requirement)
6. Optional: Claim additional badges like the Backpack Badge by downloading the Backpack Wallet app and connecting it to the platform

OpenMind Season 1 Points Program Launch

OpenMind has launched Season 1 of their points program. Participants can earn points by contributing spatial data that helps train AI for robot navigation systems.

How to Participate

1. Download the OpenMind app
2. Keep the app open while moving around in your daily activities
3. The app will automatically scan your surroundings and collect:
   • Spatial maps
   • Object data
   • Wireless signals

Data Collection and Privacy

The collected data is used to train AI for robot navigation in the OM1 system and FABRIC network. All contributions remain anonymous to protect user privacy.

Earning Points

• Keep the app open and active while you move around
• Walking is the primary method for data collection
• You can also earn points while on a bike or in a car
• Recommended speed range: 30-40 km/h when using vehicles

Points accumulate based on your data contributions as you navigate different environments with the app running.

Openmind $ROBO Airdrop Eligibility & Registration Portal Now Open (Expired)

The eligibility and wallet registration portal for the Openmind $ROBO airdrop is open from February 20 – February 24 at 03:00 UTC. Visit the registration portal to verify your qualification status and bind your claim wallet before the deadline. Note that this portal is for eligibility verification and wallet registration only — the claim period and final allocation amounts will be announced separately.

How to Check Your Eligibility

Participants may qualify under one or more categories. Check each applicable account individually:

1. Connect your wallet — If eligible, no immediate action is required. You can claim directly from this wallet or bind a different claim wallet later. Qualified wallets include those linked on Fabric Portal and wallets from ecosystem partners such as Kaito and Surf.
2. Connect your X account — If eligible, you must link a claim wallet during this registration window. Failing to do so will prevent you from claiming your allocation later.
3. Connect your Discord account — If eligible, you must link a claim wallet now. Missing this step means forfeiting your claim.
4. Connect your GitHub account — If eligible, you must link a claim wallet during registration or lose your allocation.
5. Select your blockchain network — Choose the network on which you intend to claim your $ROBO tokens. This selection is permanent and cannot be modified after submission.

• You may qualify across multiple categories — check all your wallet and social accounts individually
• Each claim address can only be bound to one X or Discord account
• Wallet eligibility has been filtered through anti-sybil analysis
• The portal displays eligibility status only — exact allocation amounts and the claim date will be revealed at a later date
