Requirements

Required Submissions

1. Agent Name

Give your AI agent a memorable name that reflects its purpose and personality. Be creative—this is how your agent will be known in the community!

2. Project Description

Provide a clear and compelling description of your agent that includes:

  • Problem Statement: What challenge does your agent solve?
  • Solution Overview: How does your agent address this problem?
  • Key Features: What are the main capabilities of your agent?
  • Technologies Used: What platforms, integrations, or Airia features power your agent?
  • Target Users: Who will benefit from your agent?

3. Demo Video ⭐

Create and submit a video demonstration of your agent in action.

Video Requirements:

  • ✅ Maximum length: 4 minutes
  • ✅ Must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo (public or unlisted)
  • ✅ Must show your agent working in real-time (not just slides)
  • ✅ Should include narration or captions explaining functionality
  • ✅ Clearly demonstrate the problem solved and value delivered

💡 Pro Tip: Keep it engaging! Show, don't just tell. Judges want to see your agent in action.

4. Airia Community Submission 🌐

Your agent MUST be published to the Airia Community to be eligible for prizes.

This is your ticket to entry! Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Airia account
  2. Navigate to the Community section
  3. Click "Share Agent" or "Publish to Community"
  4. Complete the agent listing with name, description, and relevant tags
  5. Ensure your agent is set to Public visibility
  6. Copy the Community URL to include in your DevPost submission

  • Technological Implementation
    Does the project demonstrate quality software development? Does the project thoroughly leverage the required tool? How is the quality of the code?
  • Design
    Is the user experience and design of the project well thought out? Is there a balanced blend of frontend and backend in the software?
  • Potential Impact
    How big of an impact could the project have on the enterprise? How big of an impact could it have in the market?
  • Quality of Idea
    How creative and unique is the project? Does the concept exist already? If so, how much does the project improve on it? *
