Who I am

Alan Bouteiller self-portrait

A good mix between tech and product.

A good mix between tech and product.

My background blends product management and software engineering, which means I care just as much about why we're building something as how we build it.

I work comfortably across the stack — frontend & backend systems, cloud infrastructure — and I enjoy owning a product from idea to production. Not just shipping features, but making sure they make sense.

I'm naturally curious. New tools, unfamiliar stacks, ambitious ideas — I like stepping into the unknown and figuring things out.

Beyond engineering, I have a strong interest in design and typography. I believe great products should not only solve real problems but also provide thoughtful, well-crafted user experiences.

Software shouldn't just function; it should feel intentional.

I enjoy being the bridge between users, product thinking, and engineering execution — turning insights into concrete, well-crafted solutions.

Outside of work, I recharge through sport, flight simulation, and contributing to community-driven projects.
